Styling and wardrobe consulting is a relationship which is defined by the Client with the Stylist’s agreement, and is based on the Client’s expressed interests, goals and objectives.
If images aren’t of the client’s liking, there will be a discussion between the client and stylist to see whether it is appropriate to change the looks. It is understood by the client that the stylist is to use their expertise to suggest ideas the client would not normally think of, or be able to visualize themselves in.
Stylist cannot and does not promise that Client will take any specific action or attain specific style-related goals. Stylist makes no warranty that the services or items will meet all of client’s purposes or needs.
Stylist makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of 3rd-party service providers products used during any of the services provided.
Client agrees to pay or has paid, Stylist a fee of agreed rate for their work and has agreed to the full wardrobe styling package.
Payment for services rendered is due in full, or the first payment in your payment plan, prior to the start of any styling work. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on day 1 and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following payment in 30 days.
By purchasing services with BRANDI HEARN PERSONAL STYLING FOR MEN you are confirming that you understand there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Stylist and Client acknowledge that they may keep confidential personal and/or business information from each other and agree to maintain such information confidential and disclose or use such information without the other’s prior consent. Although information can be released if the Stylist or Client gives specific permission to release the information.
Support is allowed at the culmination of your initial wardrobe styling package, if any questions arise for up to 2 weeks thereafter, please contact your stylist via text or email. Advice cannot be prescribed for items the client has purchased independently.
Stylist and Client will agree on a designated time for sessions. Once this time is established, it will be reserved. If Client needs to cancel an appointment at least 24-hour notice shall be provided in respect of each other’s time. Stylist reserves the right to cancel any future appointments if the Client cancels or reschedules more than twice, without refund.
